Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

If you are located outside of the 48 contiguous states, please contact us via chat or email before placing an order. Our team may be able to arrange a custom shipping quote.


Small Parcel Shipments

Smaller items will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders usually arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Large Parcel Shipments (Furniture)

Larger furniture items are shipped using freight delivery services.

Standard Threshold Delivery

Standard delivery includes threshold service, which means your order will be delivered to the first dry area of your home, such as:

  • Garage

  • Front porch

  • Entryway


Room of Choice Delivery

For an additional fee, you may choose Room of Choice Delivery.

This service includes delivery to your desired room inside the home, including up to two flights of stairs.


White Glove Delivery

White Glove delivery is available for an additional charge and includes:

  • Delivery to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs)

  • Unpacking and packaging removal

This service provides a more convenient and premium delivery experience.

Processing Time
In-stock furniture items typically ship within 2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
Large parcel items usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on carrier scheduling and your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.


Delivery Notes

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery when it arrives. Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment for large items.
